Pandora Return & Exchange Policy
At Pandora, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase. While refunds are not permitted, we provide the option to exchange your item or receive a credit voucher with your items’ purchase value. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Exchange:
- To process an exchange, please visit any official Pandora store within 14 days of your purchase (date on your purchase receipt).
- Make sure to bring your purchase receipt and the item in its original packaging.
Additional Information:
- All exchanges must be completed in-store; we do not currently accept returns or exchanges by mail.
- If you receive an item with a missing seal or any issue upon delivery, please contact us on the same day at customer.service@all-niche.com.
